March 4 decision on application by Zayn Rayyan's parents to quash charge for neglecting son

SHAH ALAM, Feb 25 — The High Court has fixed March 4 to decide on an application by Zayn Rayyan Abdul Matiin’s parents seeking to quash the charge of neglecting their deceased autistic son in a manner likely to cause physical harm.
